Sports data sources

We aggregate and analyze sports data from third-party sources to power insights and visualizations. Those providers may have their own policies governing their services and data collection.

AI-generated predictions

SignalOdds uses third-party AI services — including OpenAI, Anthropic, and Perplexity — to generate sports predictions on our servers. These AI services receive only publicly available sports data such as team statistics, schedules, and odds. Your personal information (including your name, email, profile, betting history, and preferences) is never sent to any AI provider. Predictions are generated server-side and delivered to you through the Service.

Analytics and third-party services

Our mobile app uses Firebase Analytics (operated by Google) to collect anonymous usage data such as app opens and feature usage. This data is not linked to your identity and is used solely to improve the Service. You can disable analytics collection in your device settings. On the web, we may use privacy-friendly analytics tools for similar purposes.

Sharing and disclosure

• Service providers that help us operate the Service (hosting, analytics, and support).
• AI service providers (OpenAI, Anthropic, Perplexity) receive only publicly available sports data for prediction generation — never your personal information. These providers maintain their own privacy policies and provide equivalent protection for any data they process.
• Firebase Analytics (Google) receives anonymous, non-identifying usage data from our mobile app to help us understand and improve the Service.
